Junjin Spare Parts S VALVE 90

This S Valve 90 is a direct OEM replacement core component for all Junjin truck-mounted and stationary concrete pumps, matched to 90mm splined drive shaft assemblies in standard hopper pumping systems. It fits perfectly without frame modification, resolving valve switching jams and leakage issues on worn original units.

The valve body adopts thick 16Mn alloy seamless welding instead of cheap casting, cutting risks of pipe burst under high pumping pressure. Its drive shaft is forged from 38CrMoAl steel, fully quenched and tempered to resist torsion breakage during long-shift construction work.

Inner flow channel walls receive heavy VAUTID hardfacing treatment, hitting HRC hardness over 63. The wear-resistant lining lowers friction from abrasive aggregate concrete, extending effective pumping volume up to 90,000 cubic meters before overhaul is needed.

Precision-machined flange ends align tightly with standard wear plate and cutting ring sets, minimizing concrete bypass and hydraulic power waste. Smooth curved internal routing stabilizes material flow, reducing blockages when delivering stiff, low-slump concrete mixes.
